Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@beautechnic.com. We will arrange a product exchange or provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Size or Color Exchange: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, send us an email at support@beautechnic.com. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Timing: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
